Job Overview
To support ongoing growth, Hygeia is recruiting a Territory Manager to oversee the South East Ireland region. Reporting directly to the Country Manager of Garden Care, this role offers a key opportunity to contribute substantially to the commercial advancement of a reputable and expanding firm.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain existing customer accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within the current customer base.
- Identify untapped market opportunities with a focus on delivering sales and margin improvements and developing new customers according to specific targets.
- Manage debtor accounts and oversee credit control processes.
- Implement and activate marketing campaigns within retail locations.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop detailed area business plans and execute them effectively to meet corporate goals.
- Conduct in-store training sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support in-store customer events, liaise with clients, and provide professional product advice and assistance.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B sales with a proven record of achievement.
- Dynamic, energetic, motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Strong negotiation skills and a history of successful business management and customer development.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Effective project management skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and disciplined approach.
- Full driving license is mandatory.

- This is a permanent, full-time position based in the South East region of Ireland.
- Compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
