Territory Manager

Role overview

Soudal is looking for a Territory Manager to lead growth across the Christchurch and Upper South Island areas. In this role, you will focus on expanding retail and trade business, strengthening account relationships, and creating long-term value with both customers and end users. The position goes beyond selling products; it is about becoming a trusted advisor, identifying market opportunities, and representing Soudal’s values in the region.

• Create and execute territory-level sales plans to increase revenue and market share.

What the company is looking for

• Demonstrated sales background with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• A self-driven approach, a positive attitude, and the motivation to succeed.
• Experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Applicants must hold New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
