Job description

About the Company

Tufin is a private equity-backed cybersecurity firm that supports large organisations in simplifying, automating and securing hybrid network environments. Its platform helps security, network and cloud teams manage network security policies more efficiently, lower operational risk, strengthen compliance and speed up secure changes across mixed-vendor and hybrid-cloud infrastructures.

Role Overview

This position is for a quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executive focused on winning new enterprise customers and driving growth across the UAE. It is a high-impact individual contributor role that combines pipeline creation, partner-led opportunity development and closing complex cybersecurity deals across large commercial, public sector and strategic accounts. The UAE is a key expansion market, offering the chance to build on existing regional references, deepen partner relationships and increase enterprise penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of new-logo revenue growth across an assigned UAE territory and/or named enterprise accounts.
  • Design and run a territory plan that covers target accounts, whitespace, priority partners, pipeline generation and closing strategy.
  • Generate, manage and progress enterprise opportunities through direct outreach, executive-level conversations, partner-led demand creation and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with IT resellers, system integrators and distributors to build joint account plans, activate partner sales and technical resources, and move deals forward faster.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders in security, networking, cloud, risk, compliance and procurement functions in large enterprises.
  • Position the company’s value proposition around network security policy management, firewall automation, hybrid-cloud security, compliance, operational resilience and security transformation.
  • Run the full enterprise sales journey from prospecting and qualification through technical validation, commercial negotiation and final closure, with support from Sales Engineering where needed.
  • Handle complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders in both commercial and public-sector environments.
  • Use Salesforce and structured selling approaches such as MEDDPICC for qualification, forecasting and deal review.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing and leadership teams to build repeatable new-logo success across the region.
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, partner sessions, industry events and regional cybersecurity forums.
  • Maintain strong quarterly execution while building durable pipeline and long-term strategic account momentum.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of successful enterprise software sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, networking, cloud security or infrastructure software.
  • Demonstrated success in winning and closing new enterprise accounts in competitive, complex sales environments.
  • Prior experience selling in the UAE and broader GCC, with a solid understanding of regional buying cycles, procurement structures and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong exposure to channel-led sales motions involving IT resellers, system integrators and cybersecurity distributors.
  • Ability to create demand directly with end customers while using partners to extend reach, influence and execution.
  • Comfort engaging CISOs, CIOs, network security leaders, cloud/security architects, procurement teams and executive sponsors.
  • Strong discipline in pipeline creation, qualification, forecasting, account planning and CRM hygiene.
  • Capability to convert technical networking and security issues into clear business and operational outcomes.
  • Self-driven, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-growing private equity-backed environment with ambitious targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and executive engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE and the wider region as needed.
  • Preferred background includes selling into banking, government, energy, telecom or other large enterprise sectors.
  • Familiarity with firewall operations, network security policy management, compliance, hybrid-cloud environments or security automation platforms is preferred.
