Role Overview

This opportunity is for a Territory Lead in Orthopaedics, based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role sits within MedTech Sales and focuses on clinical sales for surgeons. It supports the Orthopaedics business, which develops solutions across joint reconstruction, trauma and craniomaxillofacial, sports, extremities, elective foot and ankle, spine, as well as robotics and digital surgery.

The position is intended for a sales professional who can drive territory performance, support customer relationships, and work closely with internal teams to ensure effective field execution and business growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee recon case coverage for the Eastern joint team.
  • Help sustain an ongoing program and action plan to strengthen the technical capabilities of the joint team.
  • Deliver against sales and profitability targets.
  • Spend around 75% of working time on field-based activities.
  • Coordinate closely with internal colleagues so field operations are carried out effectively and customer needs are met.
  • Arrange professional and impactful meetings with target customers.
  • Conduct outside sales and cold calling using AIDINC to promote the product range to potential corporate clients.
  • Create leads, respond to customer questions, prepare quotations, and manage sales follow-up to support business performance.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and smooth coordination.
  • Share timely and accurate product information, monitor stock availability, and help ensure product usage remains on track.
  • Provide product-related support such as in-service training, case support, and discussions with doctors around patient cases.
  • Support existing customers with responsive and dependable service while also building new accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Organize and manage documents so customer requirements are completed without delay.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A university or bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
  • A scientific or medical educational background is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the Joint Recon Orthopedic business unit is necessary.
  • An MBA is considered an advantage.
  • Arabic must be native-level, and strong English is mandatory.
  • The role is based in Dammam.
