Role Responsibilities

The Tennis Coach will be engaged full-time on-site at the Dubai academy, responsible for the design and implementation of tennis training sessions tailored for individuals and groups. This includes teaching fundamental strokes, advanced technical skills, and match strategies across varied ages and proficiency levels. Daily tasks encompass evaluating player competencies, developing progressive training plans, delivering targeted feedback, and tracking improvement. The coach will orchestrate practice drills, match simulations, and physical conditioning, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment. Additional responsibilities involve communication with players and their families regarding progress, supporting academy events and competitions, and collaborating with fellow coaches to uphold consistent training quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in tennis coaching techniques with experience guiding a broad spectrum of ages and skill levels.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Expertise in training planning, goal setting, and monitoring player development.
• Preferably holds a recognized tennis coaching certification and familiarity with contemporary coaching methods.
• Experience in managing practice schedules, coordinating groups, and assisting with tournaments is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends while demonstrating professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Good physical condition with the capability to safely demonstrate tennis drills and techniques on court.
