Tendering Specialist - Civil Infrastructure Projects

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tendering Executive in Civil Engineering to head our bidding operations for significant infrastructure initiatives. This position involves managing the full lifecycle of tender preparation, focusing on delivering technically precise and competitive submissions for large-scale civil works.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire bidding process for intricate civil construction projects such as highways, earthworks, drainage systems, and structural concrete including bridges and flyovers.
• Ensure strict adherence to Pre-Qualification Requirements (PQR) by rigorously assessing company credentials to meet tender eligibility standards completely.
• Expertly manage document uploads, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) submissions, and technical query resolutions through IREPS and other government e-procurement portals.
• Guarantee the accuracy, authentication, and timely submission of all tender paperwork including technical bid forms and bank guarantees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in civil tendering with a demonstrable success record in winning tenders from state or central government bodies such as NHAI, Railways, PWD, or comparable entities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Project or Primavera, and AutoCAD software.
• Thorough knowledge of IREPS, Government e-Marketplace (GeM), and respective state-level e-procurement portals.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret tender documents, anticipate risks, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
