Role Overview
Digal Solutions is looking for an experienced Tender Manager to lead bidding activities for institutional and PSU clients across sectors such as banking, healthcare, railways, ports, warehousing, education, forests, and defense. This is a work-from-office role based in Jharsuguda, Odisha.

Digal Solutions operates across multiple states as an industrial manpower, security, facility management, and operations & maintenance contracting business. The company serves organizations such as L&T, Vedanta, JSPL, NALCO, and OPGC in Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Andhra Pradesh.
What the Job Involves
You will own the full bid lifecycle for institutional and PSU opportunities, from identifying suitable tenders to preparing submissions and handling compliance. The role focuses on opportunities in housekeeping, security, facility management, and manpower contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot relevant tender opportunities and prepare bids for PSU banks, hospitals and NHM, railways, ports and AAI, FCI warehousing, universities and schools, forest departments, and defense establishments.
- Prepare and file bids on GeM, CPPP, and IREPS portals wherever required.
- Monitor empanelment timelines as well as renewal cycles for AMC and facility management contracts.
- Keep an updated pipeline of live opportunities across GeM, IREPS, CPPP, and other PSU platforms.
- Maintain PSARA, EPFO, and ESIC compliance records and related documentation.
- Share monthly updates on bid pipeline movement, win rate, and sector-wise business prospects.
Skills and Experience Needed
The ideal candidate should bring at least 8 years of bidding experience in institutional or PSU segments, with preference for exposure to banking, healthcare, or railway tenders. Strong working knowledge of GeM, IREPS, and CPPP is essential, along with hands-on experience in preparing bids for housekeeping, security, facility management, and manpower services. The role also calls for solid documentation, analysis, coordination, compliance, and MS Office skills.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline is expected. An MBA will be considered an added advantage.
