About the Role
The Tender Executive is responsible for searching and handling tenders on various government and PSU portals including GeM, CPPP, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, CPWD among others. This position requires thorough analysis of tender documents to understand eligibility and technical requirements, ensuring timely bid submission with all required documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and search for tenders on government and PSU portals such as GeM, CPPP, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, and CPWD.
- Analyze tender documents to grasp eligibility criteria and technical specifications.
- Prepare, upload, and ensure timely submission of all necessary documents for the bid.
- Coordinate the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Technical and Financial Bids.
- Handle tasks related to Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), Security Deposits, Vendor Registration, and compliance activities.
- Liaise with clients and internal departments regarding tender-related matters.
- Maintain a tender tracker and monitor bid statuses and outcomes.
- Utilize MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communications effectively for documentation and correspondence.
Experience & Skills
- Familiarity with the GeM portal and government tender processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years, preferably with exposure to GeM/government tender management.
Industry Preference
Candidates with experience in signage, fabrication, civil, electrical, infrastructure, or EPC project sectors will be favored.
