Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with customers via phone, email, messages, and personal visits to discuss unpaid dues.
• Pursue collection on outstanding accounts and ensure payments are received promptly.
• Negotiate and establish repayment schedules and commitments with clients.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of all customer communications and collection efforts.
• Update collection statuses in the company’s CRM or collection management software regularly.
• Track and locate customers whose contact information is inaccurate or has changed.
• Meet or exceed the assigned targets for collections and debt recovery.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company regulations and legal standards.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance and activities.

Requirements

• Proficient in Telugu language communication.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and collection software is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple accounts.
• Understanding of legal guidelines related to debt collection.
• Leadership capability to manage and motivate a team.

Compensation

The remuneration package ranges between ₹17,000 and ₹35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
