About the Role
Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt Ltd is seeking motivated candidates for the position of Telecaller in the Personal Loan Department based in Noida, Sector 2, Delhi-NCR. This role involves engaging with customers via outbound calls to inform them about personal loan options and generate potential leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound telephone communication with customers regarding personal loan products.
- Clearly communicate and explain various loan offerings to generate interest and leads.
- Conduct persistent follow-ups with prospective clients to foster engagement.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly targets for calls and successful conversions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; English communication skills are advantageous.
- Both freshers and individuals with prior experience are encouraged to apply.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer operations.
- A positive, goal-driven mindset suitable for a target-focused role.
Compensation and Benefits
