Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a domestic BPO voice process focused on telesales and customer calling. The job involves handling both incoming and outgoing calls in a call center environment based in Viman Nagar.
Key Work Areas
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls as part of a domestic voice process.
- Support telesales activities through telecalling and voice-based customer handling.
- Assist customers by resolving queries and maintaining professional call interactions.
Candidate Profile
The role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Applicants should have at least HSC / 12th pass qualification. Good spoken Hindi and Marathi communication skills are required.
Working Schedule
The shift timing is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sunday as a weekly off.
Pay and Incentives
The compensation offered is up to INR 14,000 in-hand per month, along with incentives. The pay structure also includes competitive salary benefits with unlimited incentives.
