Job description
Job Overview
We are recruiting for the position of Outbound Sales Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank, located in Wagle Estate, Thane. This role offers a direct employment payroll with Kotak Bank.
Candidate Eligibility
- Both male and female applicants with prior sales experience only (no freshers).
- Candidates should be graduates aged between 18 and 32 years.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience is preferred for higher compensation.
- Basic English communication skills are required, including the ability to read and introduce oneself verbally.
- Applicants should not have work gaps exceeding six months.
Employment Details
- Fixed working shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Eight weekly holidays, including four Saturdays and four Sundays each month.
- Salary package up to ₹3,10,000 per annum, supplemented with monthly incentives up to ₹24,000.
- Experienced candidates proficient in English communication may earn up to ₹4,00,000 per annum.
