About the Role

Omsps Global Tech Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Team Leader to manage and guide our loan processing team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day loan operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing, while driving the team to meet business objectives and deliver outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, motivation, and mentorship to the loans team to achieve both individual and collective targets.
• Supervise the end-to-end loan application workflow, from collecting documents to approval and disbursement stages.
• Ensure that all loan files are complete, accurate, and processed within the established turnaround timelines.
• Verify customer documentation for compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Monitor team productivity, service quality, and adherence to performance standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with various internal teams to address loan processing challenges and maintain operational flow.
• Compile and present MIS reports and performance summaries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for senior management.
• Train incoming team members and continually coach existing staff to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Manage escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.
• Safeguard confidentiality of all customer information and company data.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and industry regulations at all times.
