About the Role

Hoffentech Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and confident Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to drive business development efforts for its IT Infrastructure Solutions portfolio. This role involves reaching out to potential business clients to promote the company's range of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective business customers to generate interest.
  • Qualify and create B2B leads for IT Infrastructure offerings.
  • Present Hoffentech's products and solutions to potential clients clearly and persuasively.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments for the business development team.
  • Maintain follow-ups with current and potential customers.
  • Document daily call activity and update CRM or Excel records accurately.
  • Understand client requirements to spot new business chances.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to coordinate quotations and customer communications.
  • Meet set daily and monthly lead generation goals.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred but freshers with excellent communication skills are also invited to apply.
