Telesales Executive - Female (Motor Insurance)

About the Role

Pushti Investments seeks an enthusiastic female Telesales Executive to drive insurance product sales from their office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This full-time, daytime position involves making outbound calls to customers predominantly for motor insurance products including car and two-wheeler policies. The ideal candidate is persuasive with strong communication skills and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential and current customers to promote insurance policies.
• Clearly explain the features, benefits, and details of car and two-wheeler insurance offerings.
• Convert sales leads into confirmed insurance policy purchases effectively.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage renewals and repeat business.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and sales progress.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Female candidates aged between 18 and 30 years.
• Minimum education: Passed 12th grade.
• At least 6 months of prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer relationship management.
• Good communication and convincing skills; English proficiency is not required.
• Familiarity with insurance products, especially motor-related policies, will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
