Telesales Executive - Academic Counsellor

About the Role

We seek a motivated and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our remote team. This position involves proactive engagement with prospective students to identify their learning objectives and guide them toward the most appropriate online educational programs offered by our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls using provided lead lists to engage potential students.
• Assess learners' academic needs and recommend courses aligned with their goals.
• Effectively pitch course features to convert leads into successful enrollments.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture interest and boost conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the team's overall success.
• Keep accurate documentation of all communication and sales outcomes.

Requirements

• Any graduate or undergraduate candidate with solid communication abilities.
• Previous experience in telesales or academic counselling is advantageous, preferably a minimum of three months.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented, target-driven workplace.
• Possession of an Android smartphone, reliable internet access, and a quiet area suitable for work-from-home operations.
