Telesales Concierge Specialist - Healthcare (Remote, Temporary)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Concierge Specialist to join our direct client’s team for the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) season. This is a fully remote, temporary position lasting two months from October 8, 2026, to December 15, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive a high volume of calls daily, demonstrating excellent professionalism and prioritizing first call resolution.
• Utilize strong computer skills to navigate multiple systems and screens efficiently, including keyboarding and accurate data entry.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and align responses appropriately based on the outbound campaign.
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels including phone and email.
• Maintain flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle a significant volume of daily calls with professionalism and effectiveness.
• Proficient computer navigation and data entry skills involving multiple systems and screens.
• Strong listening skills to capture and relay essential information relevant to customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities across various channels.
• Availability to work flexible hours including non-standard shifts.
