Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a Service Associate for its Service Centre team. What you will do
- Provide guests with clear, polite, and helpful telephone support to create a positive service experience.
- Handle incoming guest requests by phone quickly and professionally, ensuring enquiries are addressed efficiently.
- Answer guest questions accurately and coordinate with the right departments so service is smooth and timely.
- Use the PABX telephone system to direct calls appropriately and keep communication channels running effectively.
- Work closely with colleagues to uphold strong guest service standards and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

- Prior experience in telephone operations within a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with guests through phone-based channels.
