Telemarketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing department at Velnet Non Conventional Energy Systems Private Limited located in Bangalore, Karnataka. This full-time position is open to freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience. The role involves engaging with potential customers via outbound calls to generate leads, promote our products and services, and meet defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to both new and existing prospects.
• Generate and convert leads into customers through effective communication.
• Clearly present company products and services to clients.
• Follow up consistently with interested leads and customers.
• Maintain accurate customer data and update call logs diligently.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Develop and sustain positive customer relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with field sales and internal teams as required.
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports regularly.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade or PUC in any field.
• Open to candidates with no prior experience.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Proficiency in English and one regional language such as Marathi, Assamese, Malayalam, or Bengali is essential; knowledge of other languages like Telugu, Tamil, Hindi will be a plus.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive mindset with a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage customer interactions professionally.
