Human Heroes Management Services Pvt Ltd is seeking Telemarketing Executives for their Banking Sector Loan Department. This role involves reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls to introduce and explain various loan offerings including personal, business, and home loans. Successful candidates will generate quality leads and assist customers with preliminary loan inquiries, operating in a goal-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Describe diverse loan products such as Personal, Business, and Home Loans.
• Identify, generate, and qualify prospective sales leads.
• Assess customers' needs and suggest appropriate loan products.
• Maintain follow-up communications with interested customers.
• Record customer data and call outcomes in the CRM software.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Eligibility and Skills Required

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate level.
• Open to freshers and those with prior experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Capable of working in a target-driven environment.
• Effective persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Prior knowledge of banking or loan products is advantageous but not mandatory.
