Role overview
NT Health is recruiting one Telehealth Outreach Coordinator to support Telehealth and Outreach Services within the outpatient environment in Katherine, Northern Territory.
Primary objective
This position is responsible for delivering a strong level of administrative support and service coordination for telehealth and outreach activities. The role also involves coordinating and travelling to visit other service providers across the wider Big Rivers Region.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance for Telehealth and Outreach Services.
- Coordinate outpatient telehealth and outreach service activity.
- Liaise with and visit other service providers across the Big Rivers Region.
