Location and Shift
The position is based in Noida, India, operating on US shifts covering Eastern and Pacific Standard Times.
Primary Responsibilities
- Initiate candidate sourcing through various tactics including social media campaigns, outbound calling in high volumes, and phone interviews.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems, social media channels, and other platforms to identify suitable candidates, particularly caregivers for travel assignments.
- Build and maintain lasting professional relationships with health providers, sustaining a candidate pipeline for future engagements.
- Engage in negotiation of contractual terms with prospective candidates.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to verify candidate compatibility and facilitate client interviews.
Experience and Skills Required
- At least two years of demonstrated success in a US-based staffing environment.
- A minimum of one year specializing in hiring for Telecom and Aerospace sectors.
- Proficient in recruitment methodologies including headhunting, cold calling, networking platforms, referrals, and online recruiting tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US tax-based employment models such as W-2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp contracts.
- Exceptional organizational planning and execution capabilities.
- Strong customer service aptitude.
- Ability to thrive within a fast-moving, competitive setting.
