About the Role
HDB Financial Services, a prominent NBFC under HDFC Bank, is seeking a Team Manager to lead its collections department in Noida. The company offers diverse financial services including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans, and Vehicle Loans across India through its extensive branch network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the collection team to meet and exceed assigned collection targets.
- Oversee accounts assigned to the team and coordinate closely with branch and field staff.
- Enhance the productivity of the collections team through effective supervision and motivation.
- Ensure seamless collection processes and prepare reports in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Possess 1 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in telecalling or collections team management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
