Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telecalling Team Leader to manage and drive a telemarketing team dedicated to the m4marry business. The ideal candidate will have over three years of telemarketing experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of 15 to 20 tele-callers focused on the m4marry business.
- Ensure revenue generation and smooth operational management of the tele-sales team.
- Exhibit strong supervisory skills and motivate the team to achieve set targets.
- Effectively navigate and perform in a fast-paced workplace environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in leading telemarketing sales teams.
- Experience within a matrimonial business context is a valuable addition.
