Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Chennai seeks both Telecalling Executives and Marketing Managers. Telecalling Executives will manage incoming and outgoing calls, effectively explain products and services, follow up on leads, maintain detailed call and customer records, coordinate with sales teams, arrange meetings or site visits, and assist customers by addressing queries promptly.
Marketing Managers will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing campaigns, developing strategies to promote the brand, managing marketing materials, and collaborating internally to enhance brand awareness and produce qualified leads. Both roles will work together to boost customer engagement, monitor performance indicators, and support overall business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear speech, active listening, and relationship building both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management, including follow-up with leads, negotiation skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing and promotional capabilities such as campaign planning, event coordination, outreach activities, and preparation of basic marketing content or materials.
- Basic computer literacy including competency with MS Office, CRM systems, call logging, and report generation.
- Preferred qualifications include a diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related domain; relevant experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing is advantageous.
- Ability to work onsite in Chennai, manage time efficiently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
