Role Overview
As a Telecalling Executive at Femacare Private Limited, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls to introduce and explain our products and services. Alongside this, you will manage incoming calls, addressing client queries with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to inform prospective customers about Femacare's offerings.
- Answer inbound customer calls and resolve their concerns effectively and courteously.
- Consistently follow up with both potential and current clientele to nurture relationships.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update details within the CRM system to ensure records are current.
- Meet and strive to exceed targets set for calls made and sales achieved on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Address objections raised by leads, working towards converting these opportunities into confirmed business engagements.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships by employing clear and persuasive communication strategies.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 20000 INR.
