About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join Credit B Solution as Credit Card Sales Executives at our office located near Tegharia Bus Stand, Raghunathpur, Kolkata. This full-time position involves assisting customers in choosing suitable credit cards aligned with their lifestyles, meeting nominal sales targets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearly describe credit card features including benefits, rewards, fees, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
- Support customers throughout the application process, including obtaining IPA approval and completing Video KYC.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets for issuing and activating new credit cards.
- Conduct follow-ups on pending applications and facilitate seamless card delivery to customers.
- Adhere strictly to RBI and bank compliance guidelines to prevent any mis-selling practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th grade; 12th pass and graduates preferred.
- Fresh candidates are welcome; sales experience of six months to three years is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic communication in Bengali, Hindi, English, and the local language is required.
