About the Role
We seek a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to engage with prospective students, provide detailed explanations about our courses, and encourage walk-ins for admissions. This role is ideal for individuals with effective communication and persuasive skills, offering an excellent chance to begin or enhance a professional career.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students, presenting courses such as Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, and AI.
- Respond to inbound queries and convert these interactions into actual admissions walk-ins.
- Regularly follow up with interested candidates to maintain engagement.
- Record and update call data and CRM systems accurately.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and walk-ins.
- Collaborate with the counselling team to streamline the admissions process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and persuasive capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in computers, including MS Excel and calling software tools.
- A positive, target-driven mindset.
- Resilience in managing rejection and working under pressure.
Eligibility Criteria
