Role Overview
This is a full-time remote telecalling role focused on sales support and customer assistance. The position is based on work-from-home operations and is intended for candidates who can confidently engage prospects in Marathi, with Hindi also required for day-to-day communication.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reach out to leads shared by the company and build productive conversations with them.
- Present the organization’s products, courses, workshops, and related services clearly over the phone.
- Keep in touch with interested prospects and guide them through the conversion journey.
- Respond to customer questions and explain offerings, enrollment steps, and other relevant details accurately.
- Record call outcomes and keep lead details updated in CRM tools or Google Sheets.
- Work closely with sales and support teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain professional, respectful, and trust-building communication with customers.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly calling as well as conversion goals.
Candidate Profile
The company is seeking confident communicators who can connect with prospects effectively, handle high-volume calling, and remain organized while working independently from home. Fluency in Marathi is mandatory, and good Hindi communication is also needed.
Working Conditions
This role is remote and requires the ability to work from a personal laptop or desktop with stable high-speed internet. Candidates should also have a smartphone with WhatsApp, a headset or earphones with a microphone, and a quiet space to work from home. The role involves handling 100+ calls per day.
Additional Details
The position offers performance-linked incentives in addition to the stated compensation range. The organization prefers candidates who can join immediately.

Terms and Eligibility
Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience. Freshers may also be considered, and prior exposure to telecalling, customer support, telesales, or customer service can be helpful. Candidates must be self-disciplined, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
