Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join Curemax Pharma, located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. This position offers a hybrid working model allowing work both from home and the office. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls targeting potential customers to generate business.
- Professionally address customer inquiries and provide precise information.
- Follow up on leads to successfully convert them into sales.
- Maintain and update customer data daily in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly targets related to calls made and sales achieved.
- Develop and preserve positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team for managing leads efficiently.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed 12th grade or hold a graduate degree.
- Possess at least six months of telecalling or telesales experience.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication skills are advantageous.
- Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation.
- Familiarity with MS Office and customer relationship management software.
- Self-driven and focused on achieving targets.
