Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our fundraising team based in Kolkata. The candidate will engage potential donors by articulating the foundation's social initiatives and motivating support to advance our cause.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
• Communicate the foundation's mission, ongoing projects, and fundraising campaigns effectively.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with donors.
• Follow up with interested donors and share updates about campaigns.
• Accurately document call interactions and donor details.
• Meet daily and monthly telecalling targets.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team for efficient donor engagement.
• Address donor inquiries professionally and courteously.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
• Knowledge of regional languages such as Bengali, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, or Kannada is an advantage.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or fundraising preferred.
• Excellent persuasion and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• A positive mindset and dedication to achieve fundraising goals.
