Company Background
Established for more than 20 years, our International BPO based in Malad West, Mumbai currently employs around 350 staff members. As we continue to grow, we aim to recruit 100 motivated candidates for roles involving U.S. Outbound, Inbound, and Sales processes.
Key Duties
- Manage outbound and inbound communications with U.S.-based clients.
- Consistently achieve defined sales objectives and key performance indicators.
- Deliver high-quality customer service adhering to company protocol.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Possess a proactive, self-driven mindset focused on meeting targets.
- Prior experience in outbound or inbound sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong determination to achieve results and commitment to goals.
Compensation Package
- Competitive remuneration determined by interview outcomes.

Work Schedule
- Night shift hours from 7:30 pm to 5:00 am.
- Weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays, except for working on the first Saturday of the month.

- Proof of education.
- Identity proof such as PAN and Aadhar card.
- Proof of residence.
- Previous appointment letter.
- Salary slips.
- Experience certificates, if applicable.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs.
Interview Details
- Walk-in interviews are conducted from Monday to Friday starting at 7:00 pm.
- Interview location: Pristine e Tele Services Pvt. Ltd., Palm Spring, Malad West, Mumbai 400064 (adjacent to Infinity Mall).
Transportation Coverage
- Western Suburbs region: from Churchgate to Virar.
- Harbor Line coverage limited to Kurla and Dadar.
