About the Role
Secure Drive Imf Private Limited is seeking a Telecaller to manage the insurance renewal process by contacting existing customers regarding their motor insurance policy renewals. This role is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact current customers to remind and facilitate motor insurance policy renewals.
- Communicate clearly the benefits and specifics of insurance renewals to customers.
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and customer interaction logs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely policy issuance after renewals.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills, preferably in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Prior experience in telecalling or insurance sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging between 11,000 and 17,000 INR depending on experience.
