Virticom is looking for a skilled Telecaller or Business Development Executive to promote our innovative AI receptionist service, specifically designed for healthcare clinics such as dental, IVF, and hair transplant centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clinic owners and clinics to present our AI receptionist solution.
- Arrange demonstration meetings between interested clinic owners and the company founder.
- Handle 40-50 calls daily along with follow-ups through WhatsApp.
- Focus on setting qualified demo appointments without directly closing sales.

The AI receptionist product speaks for itself during demos. Prospects simply call a number to experience it firsthand, making the demonstration process straightforward.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of telecalling or sales experience in sectors like insurance, education technology, pharmaceuticals, loans, or similar.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic understanding of English.
- A resilient and confident attitude, able to handle rejection smoothly.
- Possession of a personal smartphone.
Compensation and Incentives
The remuneration includes a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000, plus performance-based incentives—₹300 for each scheduled demo meeting and ₹2,500 for every closed deal. High achievers often earn between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 or more monthly.
