Job Overview

VGM Consultant Pvt Ltd is urgently recruiting 100 Telecaller Executives based in Bengaluru with immediate joining. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls from customers primarily in regional languages Tamil and Kannada. Candidates will be responsible for properly managing customer communications and supporting payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outgoing and receive incoming calls to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Follow up with customers regarding service payments according to prescribed procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and update relevant system records.
• Meet daily calling targets and performance goals.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with customers at all times.
• Comply strictly with company rules and calling protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: PUC or graduate degree.
• Open to candidates with no prior experience and those with experience.
• Proficient communication skills in Tamil or Kannada, as applicable.
• Basic familiarity with computer operations is required.
• Certification in DRA is preferred and may lead to higher salary benefits.
• Experience in collections, sales, or customer support will be an advantage.

Compensation and Leave

• Salary varies based on education, experience, certifications, and police verification ranging between ₹13,000 and ₹18,000 per month.
• Rotational weekly off provided.

• Work location is office-based in Bengaluru.
