Job description
Job Overview
We are hiring telecallers for a domestic BPO outbound process in Pune. This role is with Credicus Business Services and is suited to candidates who can handle voice-based customer interactions with confidence and clarity.
Role Details
The process involves outbound calling for domestic customers. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with people over the phone and maintaining a polite, professional approach throughout each interaction.
Shift and Schedule
Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The role includes one rotational weekly off.
Candidate Profile
Freshers from HSC background are welcome. Minimum qualification required is HSC pass, and graduation is not mandatory. Both male and female candidates can apply.
Age Criteria
Applicants should be between 18 and 35 years of age.
Salary and Incentives
The pay range is INR 12,000 to INR 16,000 per month, along with incentives. The opportunity also includes unlimited incentives and a competitive compensation structure.
