Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to both potential and current customers.
• Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide clear explanations of company products and services while addressing customer questions.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic engagement.
• Arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain follow-up communications with prospective clients.
• Keep detailed and accurate customer information updated in the CRM system.
• Meet targeted goals for calling volume and lead generation on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them appropriately when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team for seamless lead transition.
