Telecaller and Team Leader

Overview

This position combines responsibilities as a Telecaller and a Team Leader, focusing on customer engagement through calls as well as leading a team to meet organizational targets and uphold quality standards. The role is based at two locations: Erragadda and KPHP Colony in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and respond to customer calls aimed at product promotion or providing information.
• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times with clients.
• Lead, support, and motivate telecalling team members to enhance their performance.
• Set targets and supervise daily activities of the team to achieve goals.
• Conduct training sessions for new recruits and consistently offer constructive feedback.
• Handle escalated customer complaints or issues when necessary.
• Keep detailed records of calls, reports, and overall team performance metrics.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and quality benchmarks.
