Job Overview
This telecaller role involves proactive and reactive communication with customers to promote products or services and manage customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads or sell products and services.
- Manage inbound calls, assisting customers by addressing queries, handling complaints, and processing requests.
- Develop positive customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately within databases following each interaction.
- Strive to achieve sales and productivity targets set daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Use assigned scripts to ensure brand consistency, while skillfully adapting responses to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and regional languages.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities including active listening, negotiation, and persuasion.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 25,000 INR.
