Tele Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Healthians, located in Gurgaon. The role involves engaging with prospective customers to introduce and explain Healthians' healthcare services, handling inbound queries, and converting interest into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to educate and promote health service offerings.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries and convert them effectively into sales.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate health packages accordingly.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Keep detailed records of all customer communications and call activities.
• Conduct follow-up calls to maximize lead conversion rates.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in tele sales or tele calling roles.
• Strong communication abilities and persuasive skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales procedures.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (mandatory for males).
• Comfortable operating in a target-driven sales environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience within healthcare, diagnostics, or similar service industries preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Work schedule: Six days a week with a rotational weekly off.
• Shift timings are on a rotational basis, specifically for male employees.
• Salary is commensurate with experience.
