Tele-Recruiter (m/w/d)

Overview

In the role of Tele-Recruiter, you will play a pivotal part within our team by contacting and prequalifying candidates on behalf of our clients via telephone. This position closely aligns with internal HR functions, focusing on structured conversations and asking the appropriate questions to ensure that only well-suited and pre-vetted candidates are forwarded to our customers. A key aspect of your work is self-management, organization, and adherence to a clear conversation guide. This role emphasizes effective communication and precise prequalification rather than sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate phone contact with candidates provided by our clients
• Conduct structured prequalification interviews assessing experience, motivation, and situational parameters
• Evaluate candidate suitability based on defined criteria
• Record conversation details and outcomes accurately within our lead and CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with recruiting and client service teams
• Maintain professional and respectful communication standards

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the German language in both spoken and written form
• Clear, open, and systematic communication skills
• Ability to ask targeted questions and manage conversations effectively
• Work autonomously with reliability and organization
• Patience and empathy, especially when engaging with speakers of varying German proficiency
• Motivation to take ownership and drive performance

Desirable but not mandatory:

• Prior experience in recruiting, human resources, telephone sales, or sales roles
• Familiarity with managing leads, CRM platforms, or applicant tracking systems
