Tele Caller Cum Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a Tele Caller Cum Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote e-bike products, offers, and services, while managing lead conversions and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and current customers via calls to introduce e-bike offerings and provide information on promotions.
• Follow up on leads derived from walk-ins, website inquiries, social media platforms, and referrals to encourage showroom visits and sales.
• Keep detailed records of all calls and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture interested customers, schedule test rides, and organize appointments.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist in closing sales deals.
• Perform after-sales engagement by reminding customers about service schedules and ensuring post-purchase satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and motivate clients to provide reviews on Google.
• Maintain the customer database, including lead and existing client details.
• Monitor daily activity metrics such as calls made, successful conversions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management regarding sales activities and outcomes.

Compensation and Location

This full-time position is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, offering a monthly salary range of INR 12,000 to 13,000.
