Role Summary

As Telco Sales Coordinator, you will support the Store Management team in delivering store-wide goals, maintaining a strong performance culture, and creating excellent customer experiences. Your main focus will be the Communications department, where you will help drive sales, keep merchandising standards in place, and ensure the team follows required safety, compliance, and reporting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store in meeting sales and profit goals by coaching, guiding, and giving feedback to the Communications team, while keeping the customer experience at the centre.
  • Maintain the agreed merchandising presentation and standards within the Communications department.
  • Ensure department activities comply with legal and workplace requirements, especially around safety, internal processes, and incident reporting.

What You’ll Need

  • Comfort working in a lively, informal, and enjoyable retail setting.
  • Proven experience in retail, along with solid knowledge of telco products and services.
  • Customer service experience, cash handling ability, and familiarity with EFTPOS, preferably using electronic point-of-sale systems.
  • Confidence in selling retail products and merchandise.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team.
  • Capacity to stay effective under pressure.
