Role Overview
We seek a seasoned Technology Manager specializing in Automation and Digital Transformation to spearhead organization-wide automation efforts and drive strategic digital upgrades across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy business process automation using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or comparable technologies.
- Isolate repetitive, manual processes and convert them into automated workflows enhancing productivity, cutting costs, and reducing mistakes.
- Lead comprehensive digital transformation projects by optimizing and digitizing processes throughout the company.
- Develop and oversee API integrations and iPaaS solutions ensuring secure and smooth communication between internal and external systems.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, technical architecture, and technology platforms focusing on performance, scalability, security, and uptime.
- Enforce data security measures, user access protocols, regulatory compliance, and oversee infrastructure maintenance.
- Analyze current workflows, propose technology-centric enhancements, and unify processes across departments for consistency.
- Create reporting dashboards and data analytics tools to improve operational transparency and facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Lead, coach, and cultivate the growth of the technology team.
- Set technology governance frameworks, documentation procedures, and best practices to ensure successful project execution in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify technological gaps, propose improvements, and implement such solutions according to management guidance.
- Ensure end-to-end automation, structured processes, and alignment of systems with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or closely related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in IT focusing on automation and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in RPA tools including UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalents, and iPaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated success delivering digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
- Strong capabilities in project management and implementing change management strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹50,000, up to an annual maximum of ₹6,00,000 based on experience and qualifications.
