Techno-Commercial Engineer - Metal Industry

Role Overview

We are seeking a Techno-Commercial Engineer experienced in metal processing, with a preference for copper smelting, to join our operations team. The role involves preparing comprehensive techno-commercial proposals, managing offers related to operations and maintenance service contracts, and coordinating with both clients and internal departments to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain and apply thorough understanding of metal processing techniques, especially copper smelting processes.
• Draft detailed techno-commercial proposals and offers for O&M service contracts.
• Develop and manage technical and commercial estimates, including cost evaluations and bidding documentation.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients as well as internal teams to facilitate project requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification in Engineering disciplines such as B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering or comparable Diplomas in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgy.
• Competence in creating accurate cost estimates and managing tendering and bidding processes.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with commercial acumen for pricing and contract management.
