Technician / Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)

Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out assembly duties at designated workstations, encompassing cell handling, module assembly, wiring, cable routing, and labeling.
• Assist testing operators with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) unit testing by adhering to work instructions, assembly drawings, and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and ensure compliance with 5S standards; promptly report any quality concerns, shortages in materials, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Participate in daily briefings and training sessions, support line changeovers, and help prepare materials as required.

Desired Profile

• Possess good manual dexterity and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and assembly drawings accurately.
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts including circuits, wiring, and safety practices.
• Demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
• Display eagerness to learn and adapt comfortably to a shift-based manufacturing environment.

Eligibility

Applicants must have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
