Job Summary

We are introducing a new division specializing in carpet cleaning and restoration to complement our expanding Turnkey and Restoration services. This role offers the chance to be among the pioneer technicians in this sector, contributing significantly to shaping our operational capabilities, establishing processes, and ensuring top-notch client service. Ideal candidates enjoy practical, hands-on work, prioritize quality, and wish to participate in developing a new service offering.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute carpet cleaning tasks for both residential and multi-family dwellings.
• Perform water extraction and fundamental mitigation activities on restoration assignments.
• Assist turnkey operations including unit turnovers and preparation for projects.
• Operate and care for equipment such as carpet cleaning machines, water extractors, air movers, and dehumidifiers.
• Evaluate job sites to determine appropriate cleaning or mitigation methods.
• Ensure all tasks comply with company quality standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain communication with project managers and colleagues regarding job progress.
• Keep work environments and company vehicles tidy and well-organized.
• Professionally represent the company during onsite assignments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, or water mitigation fields.
• Knowledge of cleaning and extraction machinery and equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on work setting.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable operating in both occupied and unoccupied units.

Compensation

The hourly wage range is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
