Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technician with over three years of experience and qualifications such as ITI or Diploma to join our parenteral manufacturing team at Sun Pharma in Alipur, Delhi. The role involves critical responsibilities tied to parenteral GMP documentation, equipment qualifications, and aseptic production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Authorized personnel to sign as an executing authority on parenteral GMP documents, including equipment and area cleaning/sanitization logs.
• Participate actively in equipment qualification and re-qualification activities to ensure operational compliance.
• Manage and oversee the functioning of various filling lines such as Vial Filling, PFS Filling, Infusion Bag, along with the API aseptic areas within the Parenteral Manufacturing department.
• Handle qualification and requalification tasks concerning aseptic and freeze-drying zones within the parenteral manufacturing area.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Knowledge of GMP standards related to parenteral manufacturing.
• Experience in equipment qualification processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with aseptic manufacturing practices and freeze-drying procedures.
• Ability to manage and maintain cleaning and sanitization documentation accurately.

Eligibility

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience and hold an ITI certificate or a Diploma qualification.
