Role Overview

The Water Quality Technician 3 is responsible for maintaining the water quality and appearance of all water features, swimming pools, and the waterpark within the Atlantis resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare swimming pools for use by swimmers including removal of pool covers.
• Maintain pools by vacuuming, washing decks, and flushing gutters.
• Deep clean and disinfect pool areas thoroughly.
• Clean and polish all metal components and accessories around the pools.
• Collect and remove any debris from in and around the pool areas.
• Keep mechanical, storage, electrical, and boiler rooms clean and organized.
• Ensure a safe environment for pool users at all times.
• Inspect plumbing and lighting systems regularly and report any issues or damages.
• Conduct water analysis to maintain optimal water quality.
• Perform daily safety inspections of pool facilities.
• Carry out any other water quality-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience working in 5-star hotel environments.
• Experience in water theme parks is a plus.
• Exposure to facility management services is desirable.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Certification as a Certified Pool Operator is desirable and must be completed during probation.
• Must be able to swim proficiently.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including night and day shifts, as operationally required.
