Main Responsibilities

  • Installing and commissioning hardware and software remotely and onsite
  • Diagnosing and resolving user and software issues
  • Handling customer support tickets and recording all inquiries in our CRM system
  • Providing training and advice to users both remotely and face-to-face
  • Collaborating actively with knowledgeable colleagues from different departments

Candidate Profile

  • Completed IT training as an IT specialist or equivalent education with relevant work experience
  • Strong IT proficiency including PCs, MS Windows, networking, and MS Office
  • Technical understanding paired with good manual skills
  • Proven experience in customer support
  • Excellent time management to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driver's license
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
